The Urban Agenda for the EU develops innovative and collaborative solutions to tackle urban challenges. With urban areas at its core, it relies on multi-level cooperation between Member States, cities, the European Commission and other stakeholders to help tackle social challenges, stimulate growth, liveability and innovation in European cities. Over 100 Actions are being implemented by our 16 Partnerships, contributing to better regulation, better knowledge and better funding at the local, regional, national, and EU level, in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The Greening Cities Partnership and EU Sustainable Tourism Partnership have recently launched open consultations to gather feedback and insights on the partnerships draft Action Plans.

The actions aim:

• to enhance green infrastructure, climate adaptation & wellbeing in cities
• to transform tourism, making it resilient, inclusive and environmentally conscious
