JRC survey

JRC launches a survey on the effects of COVID-19 on EU citizens life

JRC has launched a survey which aims to collect data on how citizens have reacted to the COVID-19 outbreak and what are the measures put in place. The JRC wants to better understand the experiences of EU citizens facing the current crisis and the impact of COVID-19 on employment and living conditions, but also the level of trust in the response to the crisis coming from national and European institutions.

The survey results will feed into JRC work on social fairness, energy and transportation use, resilience, privacy and the use of modern communication in the crisis and value. It will also help to provide insights to policy-makers about the impact and consequences of COVID-19 on individuals in all EU member states, and to develop effective strategies to improve citizens’ lives.

The survey is currently available in 12 languages: Croatian, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. The remaining languages will be added soon. You can access the survey through this link.
