The NEB Facility 2026 call for proposals now open

The NEB Facility programme officially launched its 2026 calls for proposals. In 2026, around €101 million from the European Commission’s Horizon Europe programme will support innovative projects helping to create beautiful, sustainable and inclusive neighbourhoods across Europe, including solutions that can help address housing challenges.

The 2026 calls cover a broad range of topics, including:

  • Green transition, social inclusion and local democracy
  • Circular and regenerative approaches for the built environment
  • Innovative funding and business models for neighbourhood transformation

Running from 2025 to 2027, the NEB Facility is the first multiannual funding instrument for the New European Bauhaus, supporting sustainable construction, affordable housing and social cohesion through innovation.

All calls are now available on the EU & Tenders Portal. The deadline for submissions is 1 December 2026.

The calls are now also available on ERRIN’s Project Development Tool. ERRIN members and interested organisations are invited to navigate the tool, by selecting ‘New European Bauhaus & Creativity’ under Working Group, expressing interest, searching for project coordinators and seeking partners here.

More information on the 2026 call can be found by watching the info session recording.
