NetZeroCities has published its report 'City Needs, Drivers and Barriers Towards Climate Neutrality.' The report draws on the experiences shared during ten focus groups facilitated by ERRIN.

The focus group discussions allowed the project to identify reasons for a city to become climate neutral, difficulties in doing so and necessary components to make it happen. 

Recommendations and insights are then presented on policy and governance; implementation practices; culture, social innovation and participation; finance and business models and strategic learning.
