RESIST

A new tool to explore climate adaptation solutions across European regions

The RESIST project has launched an interactive repository that visualises climate change adaptation (CCA) solutions implemented across its twelve partner regions. The tool provides a structured overview of different approaches to addressing climate risks such as floods, droughts, heatwaves and other climate-related challenges increasingly affecting European regions.

The repository brings together a wide range of solutions, including nature-based, technological, governance, economic and knowledge-based measures, and presents them in an accessible and visual format. By organising and displaying these practices in one place, the tool helps regions explore, compare and identify solutions that could be transferred or adapted to their own territories.

Developed by KU Leuven as part of the broader RESIST digital ecosystem, the repository supports knowledge sharing and evidence-based decision-making for climate resilience, contributing to the objectives of the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. The repository and other project outputs are now available for regional stakeholders across Europe to explore and use.
