The Director-General for Research and Innovation Jean-Eric Paquet has confirmed the coming launch of Open Research Europe, the Commission's new scientific publishing service. The initiative will provide Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe beneficiaries with a venue to publish their results in compliance with the Commission's open access policies. 

Open Access Europe will provide Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe beneficiaries and their researchers with an easy and high-quality venue, with peer-review, to publish their results in open access at no cost. The service will also be available after the end of the grants. 

Publications from all fields of science will be welcome, though the research should stem from a Horizon 2020 (or later) grant, in which at least one of the authors was involved. The guidelines for publication are available here.
