The European Parliament Research Service (EPRS) has published a briefing on coronavirus support measures of benefit to EU regions. The document summarises different initiatives put forward by the Commission, such as the new measures to tackle the health, financial and social crisis or sector specific measures within the fishing or tourism industry.

The briefing also gives an outlook on the parliamentary work, where various committees have had to accelerate their work because of the coronavirus crisis.
