Second NEB Junction Stakeholder Assembly: Open call for expressions of interest

Second NEB Junction Stakeholder Assembly: Open call for expressions of interest

The NEB Junction, in which ERRIN is a partner, is inviting organisations and individuals interested in the New European Bauhaus (NEB) to take part in its 2nd Stakeholder Assembly, taking place online in October and November 2026.

The Assembly will bring together members of the wider NEB community, as well as people who are new to the initiative, to discuss current challenges, needs and priorities for the future of the New European Bauhaus. No previous experience with the NEB is required.

Participants will take part in two online sessions of three hours, with two cohorts available to accommodate different schedules and time zones:

  • Afternoon cohort: 26 and 27 October 2026, 14:00–17:00 CET
  • Morning cohort: 5 and 6 November 2026, 09:30–12:30 CET

The Assembly will explore three main areas:

  • the tools being developed by NEB Junction (e.g. the NEB Junction Monitoring System and Dashboard),
  • the challenges and gaps of the current NEB Facility (for both the R&I and Roll-out component), affecting the implementation and scaling of NEB initiatives
  • the future direction and priorities of the New European Bauhaus.

The call is open to a wide range of stakeholders, including public authorities, businesses, construction sector representatives, cultural and creative organisations, NGOs, networks, academic and research institutions, residents, neighbourhood groups, students and individual practitioners.

ERRIN highly encourages its members to participate in the Stakeholder Assembly and help ensure that the recommendations and tools coming out of the project are relevant, accessible, attractive and replicable for the public authorities and their ecosystem.

The call for Expressions of Interest is open until Sunday 11 October 2026 at 23:59 CEST. All applicants will receive a response by 14 October.

Around 40 participants per cohort, with up to 100 participants across both cohorts, will be selected. The Assembly will aim for a balanced representation in terms of location, age and gender

The outcomes of the Assembly will feed into shaping NEB Junction's outputs and results, including the platform and its tools, as well as recommendations for the future direction of the New European Bauhaus Facility in the coming financing period.
