SELFIE tool for digital education updated due to coronavirus pandemic

The Commission has launched a new version of the SELFIE tool, which enables schools to make the most of digital technologies for teaching and learning. SELFIE has been updated to help schools cope with the enormous challenge of reopening in light of increased distanced learning due to the coronavirus pandemic.

SELFIE (Self-reflection on Effective Learning by Fostering the use of Innovative Educational Technologies) is free, easy and customisable as it gathers anonymous views from students, teachers and school leaders to produce a visible snapshot of the school's strengths and weaknesses when it comes to digital technologies.

The tool is available in 31 languages, including all EU languages, and is part of the Commission's Digital Education Action Plan.
