During the Swedish EU Presidency 2023, the Swedish government will arrange and lead discussions between the EU Member States about the EU Urban Agenda. Launched in May 2016 with the Pact of Amsterdam, the EU Urban Agenda represents a new multi-level working method promoting cooperation between Member States, cities, the European Commission and other stakeholders in order to stimulate growth, liveability and innovation in the cities of Europe and to identify and successfully tackle social challenges. 

Cities and regions are invited to provide input on its implementation and development via this survey by 1 November 2022.
