The Blue Economy Working Group is looking for regional examples related to zero pollution in marine and water systems to be presented in its upcoming meeting focusing on zero pollution in the blue economy. The meeting will take place on 21 September and will be organised as an online event.

This meeting will include 3-4 regional examples showcasing innovative projects and activities that actors in the regions are undertaking to help the region move towards the targets set in the EU Action Plan ‘Towards a Zero Pollution for Air, Water and Soil’.

The WG is interested in exploring innovative examples addressing the issues of nutrient discharge and micropollutants in marine and water systems.
