Public Sector Tech Watch Best Cases Award 2026
The 2026 edition covers solutions using technologies such as artificial intelligence, generative AI, blockchain, digital twins and quantum computing. Cases may be submitted under three categories:
- Service Delivery Impact – solutions that improve services for citizens or businesses.
- Administrative Innovation – solutions that improve administrative processes and internal government operations.
- Policy Making – solutions that support the design, evaluation or improvement of public policies.
Selected cases will:
- be published in the PSTW Cases Viewer, the Observatory’s repository of emerging-technology solutions adopted by European public administrations;
- gain visibility among public-sector innovators, policymakers and practitioners across Europe;
- contribute to knowledge-sharing and the exchange of good practices;
- have the opportunity to be presented at the PSTW Best Cases Award Ceremony during the SEMIC Conference ‘Interoperable Europe Driving Competitiveness’ in Dublin on 30 November 2026;
- receive additional promotion through a professional video if selected as a winner.
The submission deadline has been extended to 31 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
