The University of Alcalá (UAH) and the University Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) are pleased to announce that up to twenty one (21) fellowships are available as part of GOT ENERGY TALENT – COFUND Postdoctoral Fellowship programme (GET-COFUND). Out the 21 fellowships available, UAH will recruit eight (8) fellows and URJC will recruit thirteen (13) fellows. GET-COFUND fellowships are jointly funded by the University of Alcalá (UAH) and the University Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), on the one hand, and the European Union through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND scheme (Grant Agreement 754382), on the other hand. The fellowships will provide the opportunity for experienced researches from around the world to spend two years in Madrid (Spain) to undertake an independent, interdisciplinary research project in the field of smart energy and related areas. Moreover, under specific research lines, applicants may choose to carry out a second year doing applied research in one of our partner host institutions from the non-academic sector. Duration of Project
Each individual fellowship will be a fixed-term non-renewable 24-month contract with either the UAH or the URJC (academic host institutions).
