8th Cohesion Forum, organised by the European Commission on 17-18 March, will debate how Cohesion policy can ensure that no region is left behind in the ongoing structural changes, and that all regions can reap the benefits of the green and digital transitions. The event will bring together about 2000 representatives of EU institutions, national, regional and local authorities from all Member States, social and economic partners, non-governmental organisations and academia. Discussions will be fed by the 8th Cohesion Report published by the European Commission on 9 February.
The Forum will be held in hybrid format. Participation in the event on-site and online is upon invitation only, but all sessions will also be streamed live and available as video-on-demand in English after the event.
