On 12 October 2026, EuroVértice will host 'Connecting Territories: Partnerships for a Resilient, Innovative, and Inclusive Europe' in Brussels, bringing together representatives from European institutions, regional and local authorities, European networks and innovation ecosystems to explore how territorial cooperation and partnerships can contribute to a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive Europe.

Taking place alongside EU Regions and Cities Week 2026, under the theme 'Strong Regions, Strong Europe', the event will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, strengthen connections and discuss how regions and cities can work together to address shared European challenges.

Connecting regions to address shared challenges

The event will explore how cooperation between regions, institutions, communities and innovation ecosystems can help drive Europe's green and inclusive transition. Discussions will address a range of challenges facing territories, including climate adaptation, sustainable urban development, social innovation and regional cooperation.

As part of the programme, EuroVértice will share insights and lessons learned from 20 years of engagement at the European level, while looking ahead to how partnerships can continue to connect knowledge, funding and expertise to support meaningful territorial transformation.

A dedicated roundtable discussion will bring together representatives from European networks and organisations, including ERRIN Director Pirita Lindholm. It will reflect on the role of partnerships and territorial cooperation in building a more resilient, innovative and inclusive Europe.

The event will conclude with a networking cocktail reception, offering participants an informal setting to establish new connections, exchange ideas and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
