Together with representatives from the European Commission, Housing Europe, the energy community company Via Europa and the Swedish municipalities of Lund and Örebro would like to invite you to a seminar on energy communities. There will be discussions on the role of energy communities from an EU perspective as well as sharing of knowledge and experience from two successful projects in Sweden.

Energy communities have the potential to vastly transform the energy situation for many stakeholders in the EU. They may contribute to a more resilient and energy-efficient society where renewable energy can be utilized cost-efficiently. Still, energy communities are relatively uncommon, and more information and experiences from the existing ones need to be disseminated.
