On 7th October during the European Week of Regions and Cities Oslo Region is organising a virtual participatory lab “Improving co-creation in public services”.
The Horizon 2020 project CoVAL has – among other topics – studied 10 cases in five European countries to gain insights into the conditions and potential for user-centered innovation in public services. Among the insights are challenges and constraints related to complexity, use of time and resources, ethical issues and others. The participatory lab will use findings from this study and invite people to participate in processes to improve the impact of co-creation methods in public services.
Deadline for registration is 27th of September. Registration and more information here. General information about the session can be found here.
