The Future of Cities: EU initiatives and Smart Solutions

On 3 February, the Slovenian Business & Research Association will organise The Future of Cities: EU Initiatives and Smart Solutions, an interactive conference in Brussels focusing on how cities can evolve into smarter, more sustainable and connected communities.

The event will feature expert presentations, platform demonstrations and discussions on key achievements in smart city development, the role of data and digital technologies in urban transformation and the opportunities and challenges facing urban areas today. Participants will gain practical insights from real-world projects such as the UrbanMind initiative and hear about upcoming European Commission initiatives that can support local innovation. The format encourages dynamic exchanges and offers inspiration and actionable strategies for building the cities of tomorrow.

This will be a valuable opportunity for ERRIN members to engage with peers, share experiences and strengthen their understanding of the EU urban agenda.
