NOVAQ is an innovation festival organized by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, in partnership with the French newspaper Le Monde. After 2018’s success in Bordeaux, the festival is coming back in La Rochelle from 9 to 11th April 2020. Free and open for all, this year’s focus will be 'innovation to live better'.

NOVAQ will be exploring topics about our day life and our environment such as ocean, health, energy or agroecology (urban farming, carbon-free mobility, blue economy, food & health, coastline erosion, etc.).

This 3-day-conferences in partnership with the French newspaper Le Monde will be organized around workshops, demonstrations of innovations and animations everywhere in the city. Many experts will participate: innovators (Solar impulse), scientists, RTO directors (eg Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea, National Institute of Agricultural Research), entrepreneurs (Veja CEO), etc.
