A wide range of events on the subject of smart city developments will take place across Tampere at the end of January. Innovative, digital and sustainable smart city solutions created in the region will be presented by local actors across a week-long programme.
The week begins with the Tiedon Valoa Science event, where scientists from different disciplines will share news from their fields. This event will be followed by the Nordic Drone Event 2020, Smart City MINDTREK and other sessions such as a replication event.
The replicaiton event, Success Stories and Development Challenges of Carbon Neutral and Energy Efficient Mobility, Building and Energy from Finnish Lighthouse Projects, will take place on 29th January 2020. The day-long workshop is an opportunity to learn from Finnish cities' experiences of smart and sustainable mobility, energy and building developments. The free workshop is organised by EU funded projects STARDUST, IRIS, MatchUP, Making-City and mySMARTLife. The invitation to the workshop is attached. Registration is required before 16th January - register here.
