Erasmus+ mobility (staff and possibly students), VET (EQF 4, 5): meet and greet 6–10 July?
During the week of 6–10 July, international adviser Lindsay Kupferstein from Akershus County, the largest county in Norway, will be visiting Brussels and the Oslo region European office. She would like to get in touch with other regions with innovative VET systems, with the aim of exchanging experiences and setting up staff (and long-term perhaps student) mobility within Erasmus+.

Seeking Erasmus+ Adult Education Mobility Partners for Southmoravian Museums in Czechia
The South Moravian Region, Czechia, is seeking European partner organisations for cooperation within its accredited Erasmus+ Adult Education Consortium focused on the professional development of regional museums and their staff. The cooperation may include job shadowing, expert exchanges, workshops, mentoring, summer schools and the exchange of good practices in museum management, digital innovation, audience development and inclusion.

Call for members interested in participating in a proposal for Erasmus+ Blueprint project on Skills in the CRAFTS sector
For the upcoming Erasmus+ Lot 2 calls on Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills (implementing the 'Blueprint'), ERRIN is exploring the possibility of joining a proposal for a Skills Alliance in the sector of Crafts and Artisanship. We are inviting members regions with relevant prior experience and track record on skills and/or the crafts sector to express interest in joining the proposal as affiliated partners through ERRIN.

The Union of Skills: why the regional dimension matters?
On 25 June, ERRIN's Science and Education for Society (SEFS WG) Working Group held a fruitful exchange with the cabinet of Vice-President Mînzatu, highlighting the importance of the regional dimension in the implementation of the Union of Skills. ERRIN has now expressed its interest in bringing the regional perspective into the High-Level Governance Board of the Union of Skills.

Towards a European observatory for cultural heritage skills, training and education
The CHARTER European Skills Alliance for Cultural Heritage has now published a feasibility study for establishing a European wide Observatory containing data on cultural heritage skills, training and education. This study reconfirms the need expressed by key stakeholders of the heritage sector for a coordinated initiative for improving the skills intelligence for the sector allowing forecasting for skills needs. Among the experts interviewed, feature ERRIN members of the Basque Country, Tuscany Region, Emilia Romagna and Scotland, which have been pioneering with skills policies and skills intelligence for cultural heritage.

A new study report on the outcomes and transformational potential of the European Universities initiative now presents the progress, achievements, and transformational potential of the European Universities initiative, and gives insights on remaining challenges. This Erasmus+ initiative was launched in 2019 and now funds 65 European Universities alliances gathering over 570 higher education institutions from 35 countries, including all EU countries.
