The Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation (WRS) has recently launched a B2B platform to match companies providing or looking for services, goods or products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The platform was realised together with different cooperation partners, such as the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), the Chamber of Crafts (HWK), the two biggest regional print media and the 'Messe Stuttgart' (Stuttgart Fair) and enables companies to not only demand or offer services and goods, but also to look for suppliers, partners and different support mechanisms to face this challenging period. The aim is to create a sustainable platform which helps companies also after the current crisis.

To support artists, hosts, presenters and organisers of the regional music club scene, the initiative 'United we stream Stuttgart' was launched by the Stuttgart Region’s 'Pop Büro'(Pop Office) and its partners. Thus, the region is now part of a project initially born in Berlin and realised together with Arte Concert. The streaming platform broadcasts regional DJ sets, music performances, lectures, interviews and discussions. The stream can be supported with a voluntary amount of money by the crisis most-hit local clubs, concert halls, organisers and artists will benefit from.
