Going Viral: Crisis impacts on cultural heritage – lessons for cohesion policy - EU Week of Regions and Cities 2022 Side Event

As a side event of the European Week of Cities and Regions 2022, the regional development agency of Umbria Region, in collaboration with the Regional Government of Extremadura and City of Šibenik, are organising an event in Brussels on 10 October, within the frame of the Interreg Europe project SHARE.

The event consists of a workshop presenting good practices and lessons learnt from managers of cultural heritage sites and events, plus findings of a survey of pandemic-era tourism behaviour, to inform the discussion of how to add resilience and sustainability to cohesion policies focused on culture. The Workshop is organized by the Interreg Europe project SHARE with the participation of a distinguished panel of policy makers and political representatives, and is an official EU Week of Regions and Cities Side Event. The draft agenda is attached.
