Matchmaking Webinar for BlueActionBANOS open cascade funding calls

BlueActionBANOS matchmaking webinar: 15 April 14:00–15:30 CEST

The BlueActionBANOS matchmaking webinar is a dedicated space to connect, collaborate, and finalise your team for the current open cascade calls for the Baltic and North Sea basin. This webinar offers teams that are looking for an additional partner to complete their consortium to meet. It is also a unique opportunity for marine researchers, civil society organisations and local and regional authorities that might have missed the first deadline of 16 March, but are still keen to showcase their expertise and team up with existing applicants.

Selected participants will have 2 minutes to present their 'Call for Collaboration' to the entire audience.
All participants will gain access to an interactive digital Bulletin Board (Miro) where 'Adverts' (project slides) are posted. During the webinar, you can browse these in real-time, leave digital post-its, and exchange contact details. After the pitches, dedicated breakout rooms will be opened for deeper discussions and direct networking.

Interested in pitching, posting or advertising a project or expertise?
To ensure the session is productive, participants are invited to submit their details in advance. It can be a simple post of a digital advert or a live 2-minute pitch slot. A single PowerPoint slide representing the organisation or project idea must be uploaded.

Agenda
14:00 Welcome & Introduction: Setting the stage for successful matchmaking.
14:15 Calls for Collaboration: Live 2-minute pitches from consortia and individual organisations.
15:00 Breakout Rooms & Open Interaction: Direct networking and engagement on the digital bulletin board.
15:30 Closing: Next steps for continued matchmaking after the event.
