About the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is made up of all ERRIN members – full and associate – and is chaired by the Chair and/or the Vice-Chairs of the Management Board. The AGM holds the final decision-making power of the Association.

ERRIN organises two AGMs per year: one six months after the closure of the previous financial year – the spring AGM – to allow for the approval of the annual audited accounts, and one in the second part of the financial year – the autumn AGM – to approve the draft budget for the following financial year, the annual report and the work programme. The autumn AGM also confirms the elections of members to the Management Board.

The AGM can be held in person or virtually and decisions are made by a simple majority. More detailed information is available in the Articles of Association.
