Design & Creativity
The Design & Creativity WG aims to raise awareness of design and creativity as tools and drivers for innovation in different sectors and across Europe. Our objectives are the following: To present challenges; especially in relation to sectors that do not yet work with design (thinking) and creativity; to showcase the importance of design & creativity through good examples and concrete cases; to create a strong and vital community among our stakeholders across Europe through a bottom-up approach; to connect designers, thinkers, business, policy and society interested in finding common solutions for different challenges and to create opportunities for the WG members to develop project proposals, share their ideas, stories and ongoing activities with the EU community.

Horizon Europe brokerage events
Six brokerage events are being organised to following their corresponding cluster at the Horizon Europe Info Days. The events, organised by different partners, will provide opportunities for applicants to meet, discuss their research, ideas and expertise with potential new partners and build consortia for the new Horizon Europe calls.

The New European Bauhaus - Creating sustainable living environment on local level
ERRIN has become a Bauhaus partner and set up a cross-sectoral task force to shape the New European Bauhaus initiative. As the first activity of the task force, a conversation will be hosted to discuss the objectives of the New European Bauhaus with the European Commission and provide input towards building a joint and multi-disciplinary initiative with regions and cities as its main drivers.
Horizon Europe info-days
The European Commission has announced the first edition of the Horizon Europe info-days, which will take place over 10 days, divided into nine themes. From 28 June to 9 July 2021, the event will give prospective applicants insight into the novelties, main funding instruments and processes of Horizon Europe.

ERRIN and the TRAMI project are organising a Mutual Learning Event aiming to explore synergies between European Partnerships and EU Missions. The event will take place on Wednesday 7 February from 9:00 to 12:00 (CET) at the NCBR Brussels Office, Rue Belliard 40, Brussels.

A consortium of 7 partners gathering four historic pilot sites in Latvia, Lithuania and France, coordinated by the University of Latvia, are looking for further partners for the call HORIZON-CL2-2024-HERITAGE-01-01.
Danish VR company looking for partners to develop online teaching experience focusing on biodiversity challenges
A Danish film company is looking for partners to join them in their Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project, focussing on the development of a VR educational experience. The material will include an educational segment and an interative VR challenge, where students will apply their knowledge to ensure the species' survival.

H2020 Proposal for Smart Windows Developpers and/or Adhesive Industry
The project will develop a proof of concept, to show the technical and financial viability of a plug&play system composed of components and intelligent modules for interior renovation, which currently does not exist in the market. This system will consist of panels with highly insulating and lightweight materials, such as aerogel, heating and cooling elements, ventilation, as well as intelligent windows, and possibly energy production.

Designscapes open call for pilot proposals
The second round of the DESIGNSCAPES Open Call is up and running! Anybody who is willing to solve urbanization related challenges is welcome to apply for the DESIGNSCAPES call, to which both existing and completely new ideas and solutions may be entered. The deadline for applications for Design-enabled Innovation prototypes has been postpopned for the end of July.
