The Design & Creativity WG aims to raise awareness of design and creativity as tools and drivers for innovation in different sectors and across Europe. Our objectives are the following: To present challenges; especially in relation to sectors that do not yet work with design (thinking) and creativity; to showcase the importance of design & creativity through good examples and concrete cases; to create a strong and vital community among our stakeholders across Europe through a bottom-up approach; to connect designers, thinkers, business, policy and society interested in finding common solutions for different challenges and to create opportunities for the WG members to develop project proposals, share their ideas, stories and ongoing activities with the EU community.

ERRIN is excited to announce the launch of its new Project Development Tool, a significant game-changer in how ERRIN members and their stakeholders engage in project development activities. We encourage all members to log in, explore this tool and leverage it for their project development needs.
The University of Breda is looking for partners (both academic and not) in the field of cultural heritage, tourism and technology (ie AI) to work on a project related to Roots Tourism. The project will look to use technologies based on artificial intelligence, to create a platform capable of valorising objects.
Every year ERRIN defines workstreams to guide its work throughout the year, closely linking to its core missions and priorities, as well as the key initiatives in the EU R&I agenda. Discover what has been planned for 2024 in ERRIN Working Groups and Task Forces.
With the Commission proposal on the next EU Framework Programme for R&I (FP10) expected in mid-2025, this year will be key for setting the tone for further work on the topic and actively engaging in discussion. The “Association des Amis de la Fondation Seguin” is looking for European partners in the context of the transformation of the Varagnes domain (in Ardèche, France). The aim is to protect the cultural heritage of the domain of Varagnes created by Marc Seguin, and to promote responsible innovation through the Seguin Foundation. The idea is to transform the Varagnes domain which is dedicated to creation, research and innovation into a place for cultural activities that will host projects with university researchers, schools, cultural associations, artists, businesses and communities as well as events combining arts and sciences.
