NMP-REG/TRINNO Interregional Workshop - Industrial Modernisation and Interregional Cooperation

NMP-REG and TRINNO projects have organised a significant conference on 'Industrial Modernisation and Interregional Cooperation' dedicated to Industry 4.0 on 19 March in Florence, at the Baglioni Hotel. This conference proposes an open discussion on how I4.0 is being applied across Europe and how various European and regional actors are dealing with the opportunities and challenges that it brings. ESIF Open Data Platform

The European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Open Data Platform gives access to data on financing and achievements under the ESI Funds 2014-2020 that is open for you to analyse and use. The platform visualises, for over 530 programmes, the latest data available. You can use this tool to explore the data using one of the 4 options and check progress in delivering investments at EU level, by theme, by Member State or by fund.

26 islands launch clean energy transition with EU Islands Secretariat support

Brussels, 18 February 2019 - 26 European islands officially launched their clean energy transition with the support of the European Commission’s Clean Energy for EU Islands Secretariat.  In a first phase, 6 islands, the Aran Islands (Ireland), the Cres-Lošinj archipelago (Croatia), Sifnos (Greece),Culatra (Portugal), Salina (Italy) and La Palma (Spain) will develop and publish their clean energy transition agendas by summer 2019. The other 20 islands will do so by summer 2020. More information on the islands is available here
