Health
ERRIN’s Health Working Group (WG) supports members with early intelligence and regular updates about EU-level health policy-related issues, regulations, EU programmes and their funding opportunities. Creating opportunities for interregional cooperation in the Health area is one of the WG’s main objectives. The WG is also a vehicle for networking, profile raising and promoting good practices and projects among health stakeholders in the ERRIN regions.

5G for Smart Communities Launch Event
The European Commission is hosting an event on the 5G for Smart Communities Support Platform. This event will bring together interested stakeholders from mobile network operators, alternative operators, equipment manufacturers and public authorities, to share ideas and insights on ways to achieve Europe's Digital Decade targets for 2030.
AI and the role of the Public Sector - examples of AI in practice from West Sweden
Region Västra Götaland, in collaboration with RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, and Business Region Göteborg, is organising a workshop on AI and the role of the Public Sector, taking place on 24 April between 14:00 and 16:00.

European Beating Cancer Plan: 2 Years On
Organised by IRST - IRCCS, with the support of the Emilia Romagna Region, this event will assess the state of the European Beating Cancer Plan of the European Union, two years after its launch. Thanks to the outstanding speakers and panelists we will outline strategic priorities for national and regional decision-makers. The event will take place from 09:00-13:00 on 29 March.
INVITATION Regions4PerMed Final Conference
The Regions4PerMed Final conference is taking place in Brussels and online on 21-22 March. The Final Conference involves the participation of international experts including keynote speakers who will present successful examples of innovation in Personalised Medicine and its implementation in the healthcare ecosystem.
Procurement for health managers: Co-creation of innovative digital healthcare solutions
This fifth episode of EcoQUIP+’s procurement series for health managers will focus on co-creation initiatives that have been launched to implement innovative digital healthcare solutions. The webinar will take place on 15 March from 09:30-10:20.

Partner search for Erasmus+ partnership on children living with disabilities
General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection (Bacau/Romania) is looking for a partner to form a consortium with in order to apply for the Small Scale Partnership in Youth under Erasmus+. The project will include exchanges of experience between specialists from DGASPC Bacau and a more advanced partner to learn from international experts in the field of developing daily living skills for children with disabilities.
Governance structures to implement the EU Missions: check the new Mission Data Platform
A new Mission Data Platform has recently been launched by TRAMI, the EU-funded project focusing on transnational cooperation on the Mission-approach and effective implementation of the EU Missions. This tool supports and links with ERRIN's work on multi-level governance in the Cities Mission within the NetZeroCities project.
Aix-Marseille University looking for a partner specialised in virology under HORIZON-HLTH-2024-DISEASE-08-20
The project aims at developing biomolecules targeting the entry step of arboviruses, through an integrated research approach including virology, molecular virology, protein engineering, structural study (Xtallography and EM), in vitro screening and in vivo validation.
ERRIN welcomes new network Chairs
The ERRIN Management Board has appointed three co-chairs to the network. The three postholders will work together as a troika to guide the network in a collaborative manner in the period of 2024-2025.

Odense University Hospital search for Intereg call partners for Fair Access to Digital Health Communication
The research and innovation unit CIMT (Centre for Innovative Medical Technology) at Odense University Hospital in the Region of Southern Denmark is in search of an opportunity to join forces in a consortium to tackle the challenges in healthcare collectively.
