Åbo Akademi University recently awarded M-ERA.NET funding for a three-year project, called “Biodegradable electrodes as a platform for sustainable on-skin electrophysiology” (Bio-Electro), which begins in October 2025. Due to a business close up, one more company is still needed in consortium, with expertise in electrophysiology, wood biobased materials, conductive nanomaterials, or printing technologies.
The REINFORCING 5th Open Call on Responsible Digitalisation is now open, targeting organisations and territories new to Open and Responsible Research and Innovation (ORRI). The call supports 12-month projects (Nov 2025–Oct 2026) addressing digital challenges such as privacy, transparency, trust, misinformation and manipulation. Up to 12 consortia will be awarded €60,000 each. Eligibility requires at least two legal entities from EU Member States or Horizon Europe-associated countries.
