Studies show that children up to 3rd class aren’t motivated enough to exercise during a regular week. This can lead to problems such as obesity and lifestyle-related diseases in the long term – and in the short term it causes learning difficulties and poor motor functions. The movement concept Action Kids can help solve this! This is documented through 10 years of ongoing development of the movement concept, which is tailored to children between the ages of 3 to 6 years old.
