With climate change in mind, it is important that children have the desire to be in nature and experience it as an extended part of them. This extension must make up for the frightening images and bad thoughts about the future and the destruction of nature. We believe that children invent new ways to appreciate nature. The children's imagination in these performances or setups will strengthen their empathy for each other and nature, simply because of being in nature with each other. The project will uncover how science can be learned to pre-school/kindergarten children through nature play/outdoor learning with a focus on climate change.
