RERI stands for Europe, Research and Innovation Network. It is a dynamic, collaborative regional network of over 230 European projects and research professionals.
Created ten years ago at the initiative of the Hauts-de-France Region, with the support of the regional innovation agency (HDFID), this network was born out of:
- The complexity of European funding opportunities, particularly the Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation such as Horizon Europe.
- The need to unite and support European project professionals in their work
- The objective to provide the best possible collective support for project promoters so that they can step up to the challenge of European competition!
Innovation agencies, universities, laboratories, schools, research centres, local authorities, clusters and stakeholders in the R&D and innovation ecosystem are all invited to this event, which will be in English!

The meeting organised by the Transport and the Smart Cities WGs will focus on the proposed mobility strategies in the Climate Cities Contracts and the measures needed to reduce emissions.
Representatives from cities awarded with the EU Mission Label will present their best practices, focusing on their ongoing multilevel governance and the role of regional authorities in solving the problem of competencies and supporting the financing of projects. These hands-on examples will provide insights into how cities awarded with the EU Mission Label are taking their mobility-related emissions and what type of governance and investment plan they are implementing to reach climate neutrality by 2030.
Representatives from NetZeroCities will be invited to join the meeting and present the current status of the mobility aspects of the cities' mission.
If you are interested in presenting your mobility strategies in a labelled Climate Cities Contract, please send an email to gaia.marotta@errin.eu by Monday, 19 August.

ERRIN has been actively working on the subject of the European Partnerships. The topic was one of the four main areas of focus of ERRIN's input to the Horizon 2014-2027 public consultation last year, and is among the main matters that we wish to address in the development of the next European Framework Programme for R&I.
As ERRIN continues its work around FP10, this Policy Working Group meeting will therefore focus on the future perspectives for the European Partnerships, offering a chance for interactive discussion. The insights from the exchange will be used towards the bottom-up drafting of an ERRIN paper on European Partnerships within the ERRIN paper series "Towards the 10th Framework Programme".
More details and agenda will be shared closer to the meeting date.
In order to attend the event, please register by pressing the “Register” button on this page. Please note that you need to be logged in to register and that due to its participatory character and limited room capacity, the meeting is in first place open to colleagues with knowledge of the R&I policy and the Framework Programme (trainees may therefore not be able to attend).
