Health
ERRIN’s Health Working Group (WG) supports members with early intelligence and regular updates about EU-level health policy-related issues, regulations, EU programmes and their funding opportunities. Creating opportunities for interregional cooperation in the Health area is one of the WG’s main objectives. The WG is also a vehicle for networking, profile raising and promoting good practices and projects among health stakeholders in the ERRIN regions.

Mobile Heights is a non-profit ICT cluster organisation and networking community promoting innovation and growth in the digital world by connecting business, academia and society. The event will take place on 6 May 17:30-19:30.
EU Missions Info Days 2024
On 25 and 26 April, the European Commission is organising Info Days dedicated to the EU Missions 2024 calls for proposals. The event will provide potential applicants with information on the new topics included in the EU Missions work programme 2024 under Horizon Europe. An update on the implementation of each Mission will also be provided.

The guidance on new opportunities to maximise the synergies between Horizon Europe and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) programmes was published by the European Commission on 5 July 2022. The document intends to provide a practical and user-friendly approach.
The new European Innovation Agenda unveiled
On 5 July, the European Commission adopted the new European Innovation Agenda with the aim of positioning Europe at the forefront of the new wave of deep tech innovation and start-ups. The document, to which ERRIN submitted input in May this year, sets out 25 dedicated actions under five flagships, including on European Innovation Ecosystems.

European Commission publishes Horizon Europe Work Programme for EU Missions
The European Commission has published the Horizon Europe Work Programme for 2021-2022, including the Work Programme for the five EU Missions. As a result of a budget increase, 19 new calls dedicated to the roll-out of the EU Missions have been announced.

Boosting Mental Health - Horizon Europe: HORIZON-HLTH-2022-STAYHLTH-01-01
The ambition of this project is to contribute to more equality in health by working on ways to secure that marginalized citizens and vulnerable people with one or more chronical disease profit from prevention care and interventions increasing their individual health literacy. European Innovation Ecosystems and ERA Hubs: call for interest
ERRIN is launching a survey aimed at gathering views from the network’s stakeholders on how the notions of ecosystems can be rolled-out in practice, and how their interconnectedness can pilot the ERA Hub concept.
