ERRIN’s Health Working Group (WG) supports members with early intelligence and regular updates about EU-level health policy-related issues, regulations, EU programmes and their funding opportunities. The European Commission has published the 8th Cohesion Report: Cohesion in Europe towards 2050. According to the findings, while the Cohesion policy has, in general, helped to narrow territorial and social disparities between regions in the EU, the regional innovation divide in Europe has grown.

Already involved in previous Horizon 2020 projects, the multidisplinary unit of research SPHERE (University of Nantes) is seeking to join a consortium where it could offer its expertise in psychometrics. In this respect, SPHERE has identified the Mission Cancer call regarding quality of life and patient preference measures for cancer patients and survivors.
The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) officially launched this week and approved its Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). IHI also launched a call for scientific and health experts to join its advisory panel - apply by 21 February.
