The main objective of the ICT Work Group is to act as a platform to discuss and share information on ICTrelated initiatives and funding opportunities in relation to the European Commission’s policy priority “A Europe fit for the digital age”. Earlier this week, the European Commission launched the European Cancer Imaging Initiative, part of Europe's Beating Cancer Plan. The initiative will support healthcare providers, research institutes and innovators in making the best use of innovative data-driven solutions for cancer treatment and care. The first version of the platform is expected to be released by the end of 2024, with the final release expected by the end of 2025
DT4REGIONS, a project in which ERRIN is a partner, has launched its final release of the DT4REGIONS platform. With the final release, all those interested in the digital transformation of the public sector can now submit related DT Stories and DT Solutions directly on the platform. At the heart of the project, these will serve to unlock experience sharing, mutual learning and connecting with the community of practitioners and experts across Europe.
Digital Europe programme's call on Advanced Digital Skills 'Specialised education programmes or modules in key capacity areas' is open until 24 January 2023. The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the European health data space. The consultation follows plans to better facilitate access and exchange of health data within the EU while making use of digital technologies and AI.
ERRIN, as a partner in the MOSAIC project, is collecting successful examples of co-creation projects or activities, which can be used as reference in the MOSAIC project’s research work around co-creation as Open Innovation. The deadline for submissions is Friday 14th May.
We are looking for a school/ university partner who has the relevance, expertise and the knowledge to engage in a project on VR journey - applying VR technology to visit different climate hotspots around the World in VR. Hereby to contribute to the STEM related interest in your school/university as part of the education under Erasmus+ KA2 small-scale project. The partner must have experiences in creating creative ed-tec with an emotional side to it, eg learning with the whole body. They must be progressive based preferably in the Nordic countries. Finland is highest priority, Sweden, Norway or perhaps Germany. Secondarily other locations like Barcelona, Netherlands, etc.

The DigitalHealthEurope project has launched a call for building blocks. This includes documents, resources, tools and other documented practices and experiences that support the implementation and scaling up of digital health and care solutions.
On April 21st, ERRIN’s ICT working group will be organizing its second meeting of the year. The meeting will look at key feature of the Digital Europe Programme: the ‘Common European Data Spaces’ and the ‘AI Testing and Experimentation Facilities’ (and the relationship between these two). We are looking for regional examples to be presented during the webinar.
